På et unikt sted i naturen ligger huset og presser sig ind mod et skovområde. Hovedvejen fører en snoet sti til huset, hvilket afslører husets idé allerede før man træder indenfor. Fra indkørslen, der naturligt er indpasset i haven, går man mod centrum af tre forskudte niveauer. Stuen foran føles ikke som en kælder, da lyset strømmer gennem glasdøren, og allerede her kan man fornemme lyset fra det næste niveau, som er et åbent opholdsområde halvt oppe og i direkte forbindelse til en let hævet terrasse. Herfra bevæger man sig yderligere halvt op til den mest private del - husets soveværelse. Huset har en næsten orientalsk følelse, men brugen af det naturlige landskab og mulighederne i omgivelserne er lige så dansk som noget andet.
